1. OVERVIEW
This website, evergreensgifts.site, is operated by THG GLOBAL LLC, doing business as Evergreen Gifts ("we", "us", "our"), 412 W 7th St, STE 1130, Clovis, NM 88101, United States. By visiting our site or purchasing from us, you agree to these Terms of Service. Our Privacy Policy, Shipping Policy and Refund Policy form part of these Terms.

2. ELIGIBILITY
You must be at least the age of majority in your place of residence to place an order, or use the site with the consent of a parent or guardian.

3. PRODUCTS AND DESCRIPTIONS
We make every effort to display our products, colors and images as accurately as possible. Minor variations in color or the layout of some pieces may occur. Recommended ages are shown on each product page. Building block sets contain small parts and are not suitable for children under 3 years.

4. PRICES AND PAYMENT
All prices are shown in the currency displayed at checkout. US prices exclude sales tax; UK prices include VAT. Shipping costs are shown at checkout before payment. We accept the payment methods displayed at checkout. Payments are processed securely by Shopify; we never see or store your full card details. We reserve the right to correct pricing errors and to cancel orders placed at an incorrect price, with a full refund.

5. ORDERS
We may refuse or cancel an order, for example if a product is unavailable or we suspect fraud. If we cancel an order after payment, you will receive a full refund. You will receive an email confirming your order.

6. SHIPPING, RETURNS AND REFUNDS
Delivery times, costs and destinations are described in our Shipping Policy. Returns and refunds are governed by our Refund Policy. Nothing in these Terms affects your statutory consumer rights.

7. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY
All content on this site, including text, graphics and logos, belongs to Evergreen Gifts or its licensors and may not be used without permission.

8. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY
To the fullest extent permitted by law, our liability for any claim related to a product is limited to the amount you paid for that product. We are not liable for indirect or consequential losses. This does not limit liability that cannot be limited by law.

9. GOVERNING LAW
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of New Mexico, United States, without prejudice to any mandatory consumer protection laws of your country of residence.

10. CHANGES
We may update these Terms from time to time. The version published on this page at the time of your order applies to that order.
