Refund policy

Extended holiday returns: orders placed between November 1 and December 31, 2026 can be returned until January 15, 2027, or within 30 days of delivery, whichever is later.

RETURN WINDOW
- You can request a return within 30 days of receiving your order.
- Extended holiday returns: orders placed between November 1 and December 31, 2026 can be returned until January 15, 2027.
- UK customers also have a statutory right to cancel within 14 days of delivery, without giving a reason, in addition to this policy.

ELIGIBILITY
- Items must be unused, in the same condition you received them, and in their original packaging.
- Building block sets must be complete and unassembled (bags unopened).
- Please include proof of purchase (your order number).

HOW TO START A RETURN
Email us at support@evergreensgift.com with your order number and the item(s) you want to return. We reply within 24 business hours with the return address and instructions. Items sent back without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

RETURN SHIPPING COSTS
- Damaged, defective or wrong items: free. We cover return shipping, or we may refund or replace the item without requiring a return.
- Change of mind: the customer pays the return shipping cost. Original shipping charges are not refundable.

DAMAGED, DEFECTIVE OR INCORRECT ITEMS
Please inspect your order on arrival. If an item arrives damaged, defective or is not what you ordered, email us within 30 days of delivery with your order number and a photo, and we will send a replacement or issue a full refund, at your choice.

REFUNDS
Once we receive and inspect your return, we'll email you to confirm. Approved refunds are issued to your original payment method within 5 business days. Depending on your bank, it can take a further 5–10 business days for the refund to appear.

EXCHANGES
The fastest way to get a different item is to return the one you have and place a new order.

NON-RETURNABLE ITEMS
Gift cards and items marked as final sale cannot be returned.
