WHERE WE SHIP
We currently ship to the United States and the United Kingdom.

SHIPPING COSTS
- United States: FREE shipping on all orders — no minimum purchase.
- United Kingdom: £3.99 — FREE on orders of £35 or more.
The exact shipping cost is always shown at checkout before you pay.

DELIVERY TIMES
- Processing (handling) time: 1–3 business days.
- Transit time: about 10–20 days.
- Total estimated delivery: 13–23 days from the day you order, processing included.
Our products ship from international warehouses. Orders are not processed or shipped on weekends or holidays. During the holiday season carriers are busier than usual and occasional delays outside our control can happen.

CHRISTMAS DEADLINE
To receive your order before December 24, 2026, please order by Tuesday, December 1, 2026. We keep shipping after that date, but delivery before Christmas cannot be guaranteed.

TRACKING
As soon as your order ships, we email you a tracking number. Tracking can take a few days to show movement. If you see no updates after 5 days, contact us and we'll look into it. If you order several items, they may arrive in separate packages, each with its own tracking.

TAXES AND DUTIES
- United States: prices do not include sales tax, which is calculated at checkout. No import duties are charged to you.
- United Kingdom: prices include VAT. No extra fees are charged on delivery.

LOST OR DAMAGED PACKAGES
If your package is lost in transit or arrives damaged, email us with your order number and we will send a replacement or issue a full refund.

ADDRESS CHANGES
Please double-check your address at checkout. If you need to change it, email us within 12 hours of placing your order.
