We want your gifts to arrive on time. That's why we share clear, honest dates: our products ship from international warehouses and take a little longer than a local store.

These dates are based on our usual delivery times to the United States and the United Kingdom: 13 to 23 days in total, processing included. During the holidays carriers are very busy and delays outside our control can happen, so if you order close to the deadline we can't guarantee delivery 100%. Our advice: order early.
Shipping costs
- United States: free shipping on all orders, no minimum purchase.
- United Kingdom: £3.99, or free on orders of £35 or more.
- US prices don't include sales tax, which is calculated at checkout. UK prices include VAT.
Tracking
As soon as your order leaves the warehouse, we'll email you the tracking number. It may take a few days to show movement at first: that's normal for international shipments. If you see no updates after 5 days, write to us and we'll look into it.
Quick questions
What if my order doesn't arrive before Christmas?
Write to us and we'll find a solution together. Unused items in their original packaging can also be returned: orders placed November 1 – December 31, 2026 until January 15, 2027 or within 30 days of delivery, whichever is later.
Can I ship the gift to a different address?
Yes. Just enter the recipient's address at checkout.
Will everything arrive in one package?
Not always. If you order several products, they may arrive separately and on different days. We'll send you tracking for each package.
Which countries do you ship to?
We currently ship to the United States and the United Kingdom.
What if they don't like the gift?
Unused items in their original packaging can be returned within 30 days of delivery, with extended returns for holiday orders as described above. Change-of-mind return shipping is paid by the customer. Full details in our Refund Policy.
