Returns & refunds
Return within 30 days of receiving your order. Orders placed between November 1 and December 31, 2026 can be returned until January 15, 2027, or within 30 days of delivery, whichever is later.
Items must be unused and in their original packaging; building sets must be complete and unassembled. Damaged, defective or wrong items: we cover return shipping and replace or refund. Change of mind: return shipping is paid by the customer.
