Returns & refunds
Return within 30 days of receiving your order. Orders placed between November 1 and December 31, 2026 can be returned until January 15, 2027, or within 30 days of delivery, whichever is later.
Items must be unused and in their original packaging; building sets must be complete and unassembled. Damaged, defective or wrong items: we cover return shipping and replace or refund. Change of mind: return shipping is paid by the customer.

How long does delivery take?

Will it arrive before Christmas?
To receive it before December 24, 2026, please order by Tuesday, December 1, 2026. We keep shipping after that date, but delivery before Christmas can't be guaranteed.

What if they don't like it?
