Description
Build something distinctive with SR-71 Blackbird — a detailed brick-built display model with 1,776 pieces from EvergreensGift.
The Blackbird's long nose, broad engine nacelles and dark swept surfaces create a striking aviation silhouette. Its appeal comes from that distinctive airframe rather than a crowded surrounding scene.
Build highlights
- Cockpit focus. The cockpit section anchors the forward fuselage.
- Engine-nacelle detail. Large paired engine housings and rear nozzle detail define the aircraft from above and behind.
- Retractable landing gear. The undercarriage can be extended for a parked pose or folded away to emphasise the airframe.
Give the model a view from above to appreciate the relationship between its narrow central body and widely spaced engines.
